I’m someone who takes a keen interest in all things political because it touches every aspect of our lives.  I like to discuss it because I sincerely want to spread the outlook of self-reliance, education, and critical thinking.  Informed opinions are the backbone of American society and I am running this website to simultaneously express mine and help you sharpen yours. Hopefully you find it useful and I appreciate any constructive comments you may have.  At the very minimum, I hope it’ll be an interesting look at history in a few decades.

I’m an LSU graduate, avid reader, businessman, and musician.  I am fortunate to have a wonderful and supportive family that has helped make me into a hard working and respectful man who has a penchant for honesty — it’s the nice way of saying I’ll tell you exactly what I think.
